There is nothing to install. All our products run in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc..). That way you can access the app from any computer, anywhere you need.

Getting yourself fitted on a bike in the Bikefit tool is a 3 step process:

1. 1. Select the model you have your eye on from our database.
2. 2. Personalize your avatar to your body's dimensions.
3. 3. Maximize your Fitscore by trying out different sizes and setups.

Your Fitscore is a composite score that stems from 5 key metrics:

• - Weight Distribution
• - Knee Angle
• - Trunk Incline
• - Saddle to handlebar drop
• - Arm Extension

Right now, the Bikebuilder and Geometry Comparison tool are completely free to use.

Some features of the Bikefit tool are behind a paywall. A one time payment of $15 usd will get you a 14 day access to those featues.

Another Premium access period needs to be purchased to regain access, but you'll still keep all of your saved documents.

There are 2 things you can do to get optimal rendering performance.

1. 1. Use a computer with at least 8GB of ram.
2. 2. Choose a browser that does not limit memory usage too much.(We recommend using Google Chrome since most of the developpement was made on that.)
3. 3. Reduce the number of tabs and other applications that you have running.
